The VisioDerm PHYT'S Pro Connect portal is a personal data processing system managed by Laboratoires PHYT'S.

The purpose of processing is to use the VisioDerm PHYT'S Pro Connect portal and to set up a skin diagnosis.

It enables the Beauty Centre :

• Register and authenticate users to the content of the portal

• Communicate with its customers

• Provide the best advice to its customers

It allows Laboratoires PHYT'S :

• maintain the site

• Produce statistics on the use of the service

 

Legal basis

The client's personal data is processed in accordance with the amended ‘Informatique et Libertés’ law of 6 January 1978 and the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) as well as under the conditions provided for by the RGPD Policy implemented in the company and available on the www.visiodermconnect.com website.

• Personal data (family situation, beauty habits, purchasing criteria)
